多级划眼技术提高固井质量研究与应用

Abstract: The oil field in the south of Dagang Oilfield is a complex fault block oil field. With the waterflooding development deepened, the quality of cementing quality is only about 55% . Analysis shows the existence of thick mud cake or cuttings bed, affecting the quality of the two interface cementing. Therefore, in this paper a multi-stage blind eye cleaning technology presented, the technical principle described, a special hole cleaning tool designed , and four wells pilot test carried out, the cementing quality were all high quality. The research in this paper provides a feasible and effective method to improve the quality of two interface cementing.

摘要: 大港油田南部油区为复杂断块油田,随着注水开发的不断深入,目前处于高含水期,固井质量优质率仅 55%左右。分析认为,厚滤饼或岩屑床的存在,影响了二界面的固井质量。因此,文章设计了专用井眼清洁工具,提出了多级划眼清洁井眼技术,并阐述了原理和技术措施。该技术在大港油田南部油区进行了 4口井先导试验,固井质量均为优质。该研究为提高二界面固井质量提供了一种可行有效的方法。
